Reporting: Real estate course completions are recorded with the Hawaii Real Estate Commission each business day. Course completion(s) are reported on the designated and publicly posted scheduled days. It may take 2-4 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates your license and/or updates their website with the hours. Please be patient with this process and understand that it may vary depending on your state. Course completion(s) are reported on the designated and publicly posted scheduled days. Course completion(s) will be reported the following scheduled reporting day from the course completion date(s).
Repeat course in back to back renewals: According to Hawaii's Admin. Rule HAR Section 16-99-95, a Hawaii real estate licensee is not allowed to receive credit for duplicate courses in the entire life of their license history. Please ensure in your account on our website PRIOR to ordering that you do not order a course you have already taken with our school to ensure you are in compliance with this rule enforced by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission.
Expiration date of course: Courses expire one year after the order date.
Final Exams: The passing of final exams is not required to receive CE credit in Hawaii therefore our system is set up so that final exams must be passed with a 0% passing score.
Certificates: If you want or need to print the certificate of completion** issued by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission, you will have to wait until the end of the next business day AFTER you have completed your course to go to the HI website at https://pvl.ehawaii.gov/rece/app/licensee_lf.html to print that certificate to ensure that the hours were reported by our school. **If you are trying to reactivate or restore your license you will need to send the Hawaii Real Estate Commission certificate to Hawaii with your paperwork. Please refer to your renewal application to determine if you need to submit your Certificate(s) of Completion with your renewal. Course completion dates are recorded using Central Standard Time. Please note that the date on your certificates of completion will reflect this.
Please enter your name as on license and your individual license number correctly and fully when prompted in the registration process or your hours may not be reported to the Commission properly thus possibly preventing you from renewing your license. Hawaii real estate license numbers begin with RS or RB and 4-5 digits follow. It is the licensee's responsibility to ensure they provide the school with the correct information.
